Availability and pricing of goods
If goods are unavailable for immediate delivery and if we do not expect to be able to send them to you within 7 working days of your order, we will contact you to arrange another time for delivery or to offer you the opportunity to cancel the order.
Packing and delivery charges
We ship to the UK, All Goods are photo recorded to ensure a correct packing process, Any Damages must be reported within 24 hours and photographic evidence emailed to us on the same day.
Where a charge is payable for packing and delivery, this is shown on the final secure order page. The charge will be added to the amount debited to your card account.
We reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees for re-sent items due to customer non-collection. We will not refund uncollected fresh vegetables or returned products that have perished
How to order
Clicking an ADD button places the quantity of units shown alongside the button on your order. After clicking the checkout button and checking your order, you will be transferred to a secure server where all personal information and transactions remain confidential.
Before you submit your personal and payment information, you will be shown a review of your order and all prices. We accept online payment is by Mastercard, Visa or Switch. We take careful precautions to prevent credit card fraud and will reserve the right to refuse orders where we consider or suspect that the transaction may be fraudulent or when authorization is refused by the credit/debit card processing company.
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment of your order and, immediately after authorization of your payment, we will e-mail you to confirm that we have accepted the order and have entered into a contract with you. Customer Services and complaints
You can write to us at the address shown above or telephone 01462 486 491 between 9.00 am and 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday. You will pay your telephone provider's standard charges for this call, taking into account the time and place from which you make your call.
If you complain to us in writing, we promise to reply promptly (always within 5 days) and to advise you how long it will take to resolve the complaint and to keep you informed while we resolve the complaint. In most cases, we would expect to resolve the complaint within 5 days of receiving it.
We take careful note of our customers' comments and respond positively, so complaints are rare. If we do receive a complaint from you, we will correspond with you to make sure that we are providing a satisfactory solution. Where it is appropriate and possible, we will change our operating methods to prevent a repetition of the cause for complaint.
Order cancellation information
If the goods have been despatched to you, prior to cancellation, you should return the goods to us at your cost. If the goods are not returned, we will collect them and deduct the direct cost of the refund.
Please note we will not accept perished goods as a cancellation, All Orders are photo recorded before delivery to ensure a correct packing process.

If you wish to decline such information, please tell us in the special instructions box, when you place your order. Ordering and payment
By ordering from this website, or directly by phone, fax or post, you are offering to enter into an agreement to purchase from us and promising that payment will be made to us by the bank or another administrator of your payment card and that we may request authorisation for payment to us by the bank or another administrator.
In the event that payment is revoked after despatch and or delivery of the goods, we will take the necessary steps to recover payment from you.
