Shipping & returns

We have a excellent return policy. If you are unhappy with your products please contact us and we will accept the parcel to be returned. Unfortunately we cannot take back any already opened items, fresh or frozen food unless they had already perished when you received them. If the item is in the same condition as when it was purchased and not damaged we will accept a return and provide a refund for that item(s).

Occasionally, items ordered are unavailable. When this occurs, we may either omit one or two items from the order, or substitute similar items of equal or higher quality at equal or lower price. and we will automatically refund your transaction amount if any goods are not sent or any cheaper products are substituted. We will never charge for more expensive items or increase your final payment amount without consulting you. If a large proportion of your order is unavailable, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Package contents must be examined immediately after receipt, and any shortages or breakages MUST be reported within 24 hours. The packing of all orders is recorded by CCTV. Reports of breakage must be accompanied by photographs, emailed to [email protected]

We offer a range of delivery options covering the whole UK (excluding the Channel Islands), dispatched with national courier companies. Please note that Next Working Day scheduled delivery refers to delivery on the day after dispatch of your goods, and not the day after the placing of your order.

We generally dispatch orders within 1 - 3 working days of receipt. If, for any reason, there will be a delay of more than 3 days in the sending of your order, we will contact you by email to advise you of the reason for the delay and the expected day of dispatch.

Please note that delivery to some Scottish areas may take longer than 24hrs. All delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and although we work with the couriers to ensure that deliveries are made on time, events beyond our control can occasionally mean that goods take an extra working day to arrive. Please bear this in mind when ordering fresh or frozen goods as, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the quality of these items when dispatched to non-UK Mainland addresses.

UK Next-day service delivery by the courier will take place at any time between 09:00 and 17:30. We unfortunately have no control over delivery, and are unable to contact the courier to confirm exact delivery times. You will receive an automated email or text message when your goods are dispatched, and you will be able to track your parcel on the courier's website. If you do not see an email, please check your junk mail folder.

Delivery charges are calculated when you checkout and are based upon your location. All charges are based on a maximum package weight of 30kg. A basket of goods amounting to more than 30kg will be treated as two or more separate packages, and the delivery charge will be multiplied accordingly.
