The Thai version of Yellow curry, brought from India years ago is a mellow, gentle fragrant curry which goes well with chicken, Shrimp and seafood, in addition to Lamb. Lots of shallot and lemongrass tone down the harsh flavour of mustard and turmeric.

Ingredients:

Garlic, Shallot, vegetable oil (palm, soya bean), spices (coriander, ginger, cumin, mustard, fenugreek turmeric), salt, lemongrass, shrimp paste (shrimp, salt), Chilli galangal.
